PINEAPPLES
Pineapples, also known as the “King of Fruits”, contain the digestive enzyme bromelain, a natural enzyme that supports the digestive system in breaking down and absorbing nutrients from the food we eat. Research indicates that  because of the bromelain, wheneating pineapples, , it discourages arthritis inflammation, indigestion, clotting, bruising, and harmful bacteria – even cancer and parasites.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp ground turmeric (or freshly grated)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
